Aerial Yoga Pilates is a fusion of Pilates and Yoga. This pairing is complementary – the unstable base and the fabric requires more of your muscles to engage to maintain control and stability in each movement.
This fun and challenging fusion workout combines the benefits of Aerial Yoga, decompression of the spine and joints, with the benefits of Pilates, core strengthening and beyond.
This unique workout is an exhilarating way to strengthen and stretch. It also promotes injury prevention and recovery from one’s workout regime.
Each class ends with the traditional shavasana, “silk worm”, that aerialists love. A delightful time to regroup and transition from what has been to what is to come.
Each class is 60 minutes with a maximum of 6 students. No prerequisites or experience needed.
Participants must sign up for three classes.
Pick Three Dates:
Time: 8:30am – 9:30am.
Oct. 23 and/or 30
Nov. 06 and/or 13
Time: 2:15pm – 3:15pm.
Oct. 19 and/or 26
Nov. 02 and/or 09
COST: $25 per class for a total of $75 for the series
