Are you looking to expand your skills and become a stronger athlete? Elite Sports Performance is geared towards more seasoned high school athletes that are looking to take their skills to the next level. This class focuses on fine-tuning skills that can be applied directly to each athlete’s field of play. Join us and work towards becoming your best possible self!

“The Elite class at Piedmont Wellness Center has helped me become a better athlete in substantial ways,” says member Parker M. “Coach Marcus and the class have helped me get faster and stronger. Most importantly, being a part of the class has helped me achieve my goals throughout my high school football career, and in life in general.”

Another member, Andrew D., says, “Since joining the Elite class, I have gained a starting position for my football team. My vertical has increased, and I also hit my weight goals for squat and bench. It has also helped me gain better habits, such as eating better.”

Both Parker and Andrew have increased their body weight and other stats, including squat, bench, and more.
