PWC: What inspired you to join the Strong(HER) exercise program?
HEATHER: A friend invited me to join.
PWC: What were your goals that you were able to achieve?
HEATHER: I wanted to learn new exercises.
PWC: Please share any significant changes in your lifestyle that occurred as a result of starting a fitness routine.
HEATHER: I exercise more often.
PWC: What advice would you give to others interested in the Strong(HER) program?
HEATHER: Do it! I’d like to repeat the program myself in 2-4 weeks.
PWC: What inspired you to join the Strong(HER) exercise program?
KITTIE W: I wanted to gain knowledge of new exercises and how to use exercise equipment effectively.
PWC: What were your goals that you were able to achieve?
KITTIE W: My goal was to improve strength in my core.
PWC: Please share any significant changes in your lifestyle that occurred as a result of starting a fitness routine.
KITTIE W: I’m a lot more fit!
PWC: What advice would you give to others interested in the Strong(HER) program?
KITTIE W: Do not be intimidated.
PWC: What inspired you to join the Strong(HER) exercise program?
MELISSA G: I appreciate a good value so the cost was attractive to me. This program offers an affordable way to get more personal attention. I was already considering this program and a personal invitation from a Piedmont staff member was the deciding factor.
PWC: What were your goals that you were able to achieve?
MELISSA G: My goal was to learn more about each method of strength training and not be intimidated to try something new.
PWC: Please share any significant changes in your lifestyle that occurred as a result of starting a fitness routine.
MELISSA G: I was able to get up early for 4 weeks. I would like to be able to continue to do that.
PWC: What advice would you give to others interested in the Strong(HER) program?
MELISSA G: Go for it! Don’t tell yourself there is something you can’t do because most likely the class instructor will have you doing it.
PWC: What inspired you to join the Strong(HER) exercise program?
DEEDRA B: To learn how to use equipment better and to further my weight loss.
PWC: What were your goals that you were able to achieve?
DEEDRA B: My goal was to learn how to use equipment properly.
PWC: Please share any significant changes in your lifestyle that occurred as a result of starting a fitness routine.
DEEDRA B: Using more equipment and free weight in the gym.
PWC: What advice would you give to others interested in the Strong(HER) program?
DEEDRA B: Take the program if you feel unsure about equipment and how to use proper form. It helps to learn different ways you can exercise.
