Piedmont Human Performance
Located on the Piedmont Wellness Center campus, Piedmont Human Performance is an exclusive 5,000 square foot training ground designed to activate the athlete in every body. Programming emphasizes dynamic correspondent exercises to produce more efficient movements and help everybody reach their goals.  Membership is available as an upgrade to the Wellness Center experience or as a stand-alone offering for anyone ages 10 and up. Piedmont Human Performance provides a home for both prep athletes and adults.

Whether you’re at home or on-the-go, our Virtual Programming options will provide a wide variety of activities for all fitness levels with contributors such as LES MILLS™.
