An event every week that begins at 6:00 am on Monday, Wednesday and Friday, repeating indefinitely

Morning Warrior is an energizing and challenging yoga class that will wake you up and make you sweat. Improve your stamina, strength, and flexibility while synchronizing breath with movement. The class moves at a faster pace with more intensity and will include sun salutations, standing postures, and floor work.
