Power Yoga is a full mind and body focused workout that uses your body weight to tone muscles, build flexibility through Yoga postures. It is fast-paced and dynamic in movements that emphasizes on the flow from one Yoga pose to the next rather than focusing in each posture.  It helps improve stamina, cardiovascular circulation and better balance.
