LaurieAnn is an ISSA certified personal and group fitness trainer. She teaches many group fitness classes including Bootcamps and other HIIT formats, as well as the TRX. She first got into fitness seriously to help with postpartum weight-loss, but ended up falling in love with the way exercise not only helped her physically, but elevated her mental health as well. She loves helping her clients find confidence not only in the gym, but also using that confidence to reach their goals outside the gym. She loves working with people in all walks of life, and cannot wait to meet you!
