Aqua Intervals

Turf

Aqua Intervals is an intense and engaging workout geared for all levels. Alternating between short, but intense bursts of activity and lower-intensity recovery periods, it is an efficient way to burn calories, lose fat while maintaining muscle, train your heart to be stronger and improve your metabolism.

Perform + offers a strength-based focus on foundational lifts such as squats, deadlifts, lunges, etc. In this class you will learn proper form and train all planes of movement while progressively building strength and endurance

Lower Body Fusion

Turf

Trim, tone, and strengthen your entire lower body as you use barbells, free weights, resistance bands, and body weight to work the biggest muscles in your body! The class features strength-training circuits. This class is for all levels of fitness, with both high intensity and low-impact options.

 Pop in during your lunch break for a quality workout and finish off the rest of your day strong! The format of this class will be an abbreviated version of our Perform+ that will maintain strength, mobility, and endurance.

Warrior’s Edge

On the edge of adulthood with changes on the horizon, this high school class offers a unique training program using calisthenics, introduction to weight training and fun challenges for your mind and body, achieving total body control. Release your inner warrior Tuesdays and Thursdays at 4:30pm!
