Kids on the Move
We believe in empowering kids and teens to live their healthiest lives. That’s why we offer Kids on the Move (KOTM), an 8-week fitness program for children and adolescents ages 7-15. Your child will learn concepts on the fundamentals of health, wellness, and exercise technique and safety, while completing pre- and post-program fitness assessments to measure their progress.
