We are thrilled to invite you to our upcoming April Wellness Week! This week is dedicated to taking care of your physical and mental health through workshops, classes, and more. This event is open to the community, and to make it easy to join us we are offering free day passes all week long. Non-members can stop in any day this week to request a pass and experience everything Piedmont Wellness Center has to offer. Participate in one or all of our daily themed events for an opportunity to prioritize your overall well-being, inside and out.

Movement – Monday, April 20

Special LES MILLS™ classes – low-impact based

  • 5:30 a.m. and 8:30 a.m..: TRIPâ„¢
  • 9:30 a.m.: SPRINTâ„¢
  • 6:30 p.m.: TRIP

Trilith Foundation: Bike Experience

Nutrition – Tuesday, April 21

  • 12 to 2 p.m.: Nutrition Basics with Jenna, Demo Kitchen
  • 12 to 5 p.m.: Little Miss Juicy Smoothies and Acai Bowls

Mindfulness – Wednesday, April 22

  • 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.: Sound Bath Therapy with Harmony Gill
  • 4:30 p.m.: Mindfulness Workshop with Avril James

Connection – Thursday, April 23

  • “Bring Your Parent to Class” (Youth classes only)
  • Let’s Go Pickleball: Try our combo membership
  • Sneakers 4 Good Drive

Prevention – Friday, April 24

  • Fall Prevention with a physical therapist
  • Diabetes Education with Jenna
  • MyFitRx®, KOTM and Post Stroke table
  • DexaBody Mobile Unit onsite
