Our 30- and 60-minute Small Group Specialty Training offerings combine expert coaching, intentional programming, and a supportive team atmosphere to help you build skills, improve performance, and reach specific fitness goals. Each specialty format delivers targeted benefits while maintaining the motivation and accountability of training together.

Kickboxing Specialty Group.

Improve muscle endurance, strength, balance, hand eye coordination and VO2 max by utilizing skills and techniques derived from kickboxing and various forms of martial arts. This systematic program progresses you through movements and strikes that are sequenced to maximize your results and proficiency. 

Range of Mobility Specialty Training.

Improve flexibility and range of motion through a format that draws inspiration from yoga, dynamic stretching exercises, isometrics, athletic movement and controlled breathing. This training focuses on controlled muscle contractions and muscle lengthening through a natural flow of connected movements and fundamental breathing techniques.

Group size: 2 to 4 people

Available in 30-minute and 60-minute sessions.
