We’re thrilled to offer an exciting new fitness series featuring special monthly classes on the Turf! Join your favorite instructors on the last Saturday of each month from April through August for an energizing morning workout.

Series Class Schedule:

Saturday, April 25 at 9 a.m.
Abs & Arms with Andrew
Work your abs and your upper body muscles in this strengthening class. We use a variety of equipment to strengthen your abs, arms, shoulders, chest, and back for the ultimate upper-body workout.

Saturday, May 30 at 9 a.m.
Deep Stretch with Kari
Focused predominately on stretching and releasing tight muscles and tendons, Deep Stretch takes strain off of the skeletal system. Flowing through poses slowly and emphasizing each one enables yogis to become more aware and mindful of their own bodies.

Saturday, June 27 at 9 a.m.
Bands & Bells with Michelle
A full-body workout using weight plates, kettlebells, and resistance bands combined with bodyweight exercises to create compound and isolation exercises to get you lean, toned, and fit.

Saturday, July 25 at 9 a.m.
BODYCOMBATâ„¢ with Lindsay
Step into a BODYCOMBAT workout and you’ll punch and kick your way to fitness. This high-energy martial-arts inspired workout is totally non-contact and there are no complex moves to master. A LES MILLS™ instructor will challenge you to up the intensity and motivate you to make the most of every round. You’ll release stress, have a blast and feel like a champ. No equipment required.

Saturday, Aug. 29 at 9 a.m.
Core & More with Mitzy
Condition the upper body and core muscles using variety of equipment including free weights, body bars, bands, resist-a-balls and much more!

These classes are FREE and open to the community. Please arrive 15 minutes in advance to fill out a guest pass.

Enrollment opens 30 days in advance, so be sure to save your space early. Spots are limited.
