Aqua Arthritis

Aqua Arthritis is a gentle class geared towards those with any version of arthritis. The warmer temperatures of our Therapy Pool, specific movements designed to improve your strength and endurance without overbearing the joints, and more allow those in chronic pain and discomfort to get a great workout that is proven to reduce the overall symptoms of arthritis!  A great aqua choice for beginners.
