Andrew has been personal training for over 15 years, working for Appalachian State University, the YMCA, running fitness programs for the city of Peachtree City, teaching bootcamps / group fitness classes, and even owned a gym. He specializes in weight loss, muscle gain, HIIT and core training, and athletic performance. He can, and has, trained clients from the collegiate athlete to people that are afraid of going to the gym. No matter what your goals are he can help you achieve them! She loves helping her clients find confidence not only in the gym, but also using that confidence to reach their goals outside the gym.
