A total body chair workout that uses a variety of equipment to execute a many different chair aerobic exercises. From dumbbells, bands, Pilates circles, and more are also used to promote upper and lower body strength as well as balance and posture.
Line dance is a form of dance in which memory and execution come together. Dancers learn basic steps, rhythms and routines choreographed to music, thereby improving memory and balance. Improver Line Dance is recommended for intermediate level dancers.
