An event every week that begins at 9:30 am on Monday, repeating indefinitely

Build strength using the fabric for planks, push ups, pull ups, lunges, squats, etc.. Class begins with aerial stretches, adds strength building moves and concludes with the option of inversions and silkworm. The aerial poses we love with strengthening most of us need.

Class Policies:

  • Enrollment is strongly encouraged via our Center App or through Member Services.
  • Arrive for class at least 10 minutes prior to the class start time.  Failure to do so will result in forfeiting your spot.
  • Absolutely no jewelry, buttons, zippers, snaps or velcro permitted.
  • Clothing must be clean and free of sweat.  Fabrics are used multiple times throughout the day before being laundered.
  • We reserve the right to decline participation in the class should any of the above not be followed.
  • Class format subject to change due to instructor availability.
