This boxing class offers a fantastic opportunity to relieve stress while also improving your fitness and boxing skills. With experienced instruction, you'll learn essential boxing fundamentals, helping you get in shape, stay fit, and build confidence in your abilities. All participants are required to supply their own gloves and/or quick wrap.
