An event every week that begins at 5:30 pm on Wednesday, repeating until April 26, 2023

Come tone your body while having a blast learning Belly Dance!   In this low impact workout, you will move and shimmy your hips to the beat, your feet to the rhythm, and strengthen your core through belly dance isolations.  Styles taught include Turkish, Egyptian Raqs Sharqi, and American cabaret.  You will love this fun alternative to your usual workout!
