Have you been out of the gym for a while and desire to get back to performing how you use to? Perform 101 is the perfect solution! This class will be dedicated to teaching and fine-tuning fundamental exercises while working on mobility and building stamina. It will also serve as a bridge program into our Perform + class.
A full-body workout using weight plates, barbells and resistance bands combined with bodyweight exercises to create compound and isolation exercises to get you lean, toned, and fit.
