Piedmont Wellness Center is Turning FIVE!

We are celebrating five years of fitness, friends and fun! As a thank you to our members, we will be having a two-week long event full of gifts, giveaways, and more. Join us at Piedmont Wellness Center from December 1-15 to be entered to win exclusive prizes, attend exciting events, and celebrate with our fitness community.

EVENT HIGHLIGHTS

Gut Health and Nutrition Presentation: Join Dr. Damien Hansra, M.D., for this educational presentation on the effects of nutrition on your overall gut health. Discover the power of nutrition in supporting your overall well-being.
When: Friday, Dec. 6 from 1:30 to 2:30 p.m.

Cooking Demos: Nora from In the Kitchen with Nora is back with recipes that will warm you up for the holidays. Plus, our personal trainers will be sharing their favorite healthy recipes.
When:
Friday, Dec. 6 from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m.
Saturday, Dec. 14 from 3 p.m. to 5 p.m. 

Vendor Day: Explore your community! Discover and meet local vendors, including Fleet Feet, Nourish and Bloom, Illuminate Functional Medicine, Tower Garden Specialists, and other health professionals.
When: Wednesday, Dec. 11 from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m.

Photo Booth: Strike a pose and capture the fun! Take a memorable photo with your friends and family to celebrate.
When: All week long!

Blood Drive: Looking to give back to a good cause? Join us in our demo kitchen for our upcoming blood donation drive!
When: Monday, Dec. 2 from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m.

To show our appreciation to our community, we’re giving away some exciting prizes! To enter, visit us during our High Five Anniversary event any time between December 1 and 15 and write your name on a raffle entry form at the Member Services desk. Winners will be announced after the event.
