Thank You for Lighting It Up BLUE!

Each year, April is designated as Autism Acceptance Month, a time to show support and inclusion. This April, Piedmont Wellness Center held a special “Light It Up BLUE” event to celebrate autism awareness. Class participants were encouraged to wear their bluest outfits as they came together to support this worthy and important cause.

An exciting class environment.

The energy was high at the center as Mo led participants through the MixxedFit class. “I truly enjoyed Mo’s class for autism awareness,” says Vanessa J., a participant of the event. “It was a phenomenal experience for a worthy cause.”

Members love Mo’s group exercise classes, and this was no exception. The “Light It Up BLUE” event brought really members together. “Mo ALWAYS delivers the latest dances in a way you’re able to catch on and execute! The autism awareness class was great—thanks for supporting an important cause,” added Jillian, who also attended the class.
